Design and production of customized, flexible and printed-circuit board and membrane switches.
Membrane Switches can be made in pairing with milled panels made of plastic or metal material. Or applied on commercial or custom electronics enclosures.

    Made of embossed polyester with UV filter with silk-screen printing process.

    With thermoformed buttons in relief of the Metal Dome type. (read HERE the article with focus on this construction method)

    With aluminium support milled from slab, finished with shot blasting.

    In combination, the product is completed with the creation of a rear case in galvanized metal sheet, with single silk-screen printing colour.

     

  • Membrane switches with backlit buttons
    • Made of silk-screen printed polyester, with specific covering layers for a perfect backlighting.
    • On support in PVC milled from sheet.
    • With FR4 printed circuit board and PTH (Pin Through Hole) and SMT (Surface Mount Technology) components.
    For use in the automotive sector.
  • Membrane switches on "Rose Beluga" electronics enclosure. The work we have done:
    • Design and customization of the membrane switch, made of embossed polyester with PCB circuit board.
    • Design and procurement of the printed circuit board, with internal assembly of the connector.
    • Cnc machining on several sides of the plastic enclosure. A recess was made on the inclined plane for the application of the membrane switch.
    • Assembly services of complete enclosure made up of the front membrane switch, PCB (electronic circuit board) and side buttons.

  • Graphic overlay on enclosure for Bopla electronics Streamline series. Processes performed:
    • realization of the graphic overlay, in glossy polyester with matt texture on the front surface.
    • PMMA display window production, with silkscreen printing.
    • cnc machining on the plastic enclosure.
    • assembly of the graphic overlay and display window on the enclosure.
  • Milling machining on IP68 Bolpla Bocube series electronics enclosure. With graphic overlay in the front surface and transparent PMMA display window. With the addition of an air-vent valve to allow air permeability and resistance to dust and water. MCS services:

  • Customized electronics enclosure composed of:
    • Graphic overlay with thermoforming process
    • flexible printed circuit board with LED for backlighting and brightness sensor
    • polycarbonate display window
    • machined aluminium support
    • stainless steel back cover
    The aluminium parts and the rear shell have been coated with an embossed finish.
  • Enclosure with printed circuit board, dim. 310x250x40mm On plastic enclosure composed of two half-shells in PVC obtained from solid. Polyester front layer with digitally printed graphic overlay. Key contact with metal clips (cross tactical metal dome). The keys are backlit as there is an electroluminescent light in the structure. The enclosure in plastic is spray coated in matte black.
  • Backlit membrane switch with soft-touch effect whose feedback is similar to a capacitive membrane switch. The front surface is completely flat and the push buttons are operated with soft touch. The bottom is made up of a PVC machined from solid. In addition, a special anti-slip textured coating has been made.  
  • Membrane switches with aluminium stand and polyester front surface. The keys are thermoformed and embossed. The use of metal clips (cross tactile metal dome) gives a clear feedback click. The graphic overlay is digitally printed, with specific coverage steps for proper display of backlit areas.
  • Membrane keypad with printed circuit board. The keypad is fixed in a customized enclosure in POM machined from solid, with a shot blasted finish. In this case MCS follows the welding of the wiring, assembly of components on PCB board and programming of the microprocessor steps.
  • Membrane switch with aluminium holder. Dimensions 210x480mm sp.5mm Front surface in embossed polyester and soft-touch keys (similar to capacitive membrane switch). In the aluminium support, a base has been created for the installation of the dispaly window.
  • Membrane switch on standard electronic milled enclosure (TEKO brand) Membrane switch: made in silk-screen printing, in polyester with Hi-Click thermoformed bubble buttons. Enclosure: obtained by milling on several sides, inserting a PETG display window and gluing the plexiglass in the back cover.
  • Polyester membrane switch with milled aluminium holder.
    • The aluminum aesthetic frame is micro-blasted. With micro-blasting, the surface of the aluminium is smooth, shiny and free of processing marks.
    • The polyester used has a specific UV filter for outdoor use.
    • The graphic overlay for membrane switch are silkscreen printed.
     
  • 3-button membrane switch with metal clips (tactile metal dome).
  • Customized handheld enclosure with membrane switch.
    • The enclosure is made of POM (polyacetal), a material suitable for harsh environments due to thermal or mechanical stress.
    • In the back there is a battery compartment door.
    • The enclosure is CNC milled from solid.
    • The membrane switch is made of polyester, with thermoformed push buttons.
  • Graphic overlay membrane switch on printed circuit board with plastic enclosure in PVC machined from solid. Polyester front layer with digitally printed graphics. Push buttons contact with metal clips (tactile metal dome).
  • Membrane switch with milled aluminium holder. The Hi-Click® bubble key gives an excellent tactile sensation without the use of a mechanical button or metal dome (tactile metal dome). With the presence of SMD Leds of various colors assembled on the flexible membrane switches.
  • Soft touch membrane switch (similar to capacitive membrane switch). With customized chrome-plated aluminium enclosure and back cover in PVC. Digitally printed graphics on glossy polyester.        
  • Membrane switch in glossy polyester embossed with selective material and glossy buttons finish. Hi-Click!® bubble buttons allow excellent tactile feedback without the use of mechanical buttons or metal clips (tactile metal dome).    
  • Digitally printed graphic membrane switch. Hi-Click thermoformed buttons, a special deformation of polyester capable of giving an excellent feedback to pressure, without the use of mechanical buttons or metal clips (tactile metal dome). The polyester used is resistent to UV rays, suitable for outdoor uses or wellness equipment such as tanning lamps.
  • Digitally printed membrane switch for machined electronics enclosure (model TEKO TEKAM-23/E.9). Enclosure with transparent area for membrane backlighting.
  • Aluminium switch with front graphic membrane in polyester. Aluminium is treated with an anticorrosive galvanic process that allows to maintain the material’s electrical conductivity.
  • Membrane switch with printed circuit board and (EL) electroluminescent light for backlighting. Specific PVC brackets machined from solid and glued on the printed circuit board which form the base of the membrane switch for proper placement.
  • 3-button membrane switch with printed circuit board. Front surface in embossed polyester and holder in shot blasted aluminium.
  • 2-button membrane switch with printed circuit board. Front surface in embossed polyester and holder in shot blasted aluminium.
  • Industrial PC/IBM membrane keypad with aluminium stand. QWERTY version with integrated mouse touchpad. Customizable graphics with specific colors and logos for overall chromatic integration. Anodized aluminium frame/stand with M3 fixing pins. (Also available with gasket O-ring on the back) The buttons are embossed, with a click effect for easy use. The keypad has an EMI shielding layer, which is particularly suitable for use in an industrial sector.
  • Membrane switch with printed circuit board and mechanical buttons. On aluminium stand with micro shot blasted finish. Digital printed graphics with thermoformed buttons.  
  • Polyester backlit membrane switch with plexiglass stand. Silkscreen printed graphics. Hi-Click thermoformed bubble buttons. Inside the membrane switch there is a 0.3 mm thick electroluminescent lamp for selective backlighting of the symbols.  
  • Ensemble composed of: - Customized electronics enclosure made of light metal carpentry, conductive coated and silkscreen printed. - Membrane switch with bubble push buttons, applied on PVC plastic support. - Plexiglass dispaly window.
  • Capacitive touch membrane switch made of Polyester material with anti-glare finish. Digitally printed graphics full of shades. The stand is in PVC plastic material, lowered at the front to place the capacitive touch membrane switch.
  • Membrane switch with thermoformed Hi-Click bubble buttons. There are SMD LEDs of diffrent colors. A shielding layer is integrated into the membrane switch for ESD isolation. The membrane switch is applied on a milled black PVC support.
  • Membrane switch with aluminium support and studs. Digitally printed with excellent shades and texture. Fluorescent yellow silk-screen printed buttons for higher contrast in dimly lit environments.
  • Customized electronic enclosure, machined from solid PVC. On the front there is a membrane switch, applied to a transparent plexiglass base for backlighting. A battery compartment is mounted on the back half-shell of the enclosure. The enclosure is matt black, with a soft-touch effect.
  • Membrane switch with polycarbonate support. Silkscreen printed with specific coverage process for selective backlighting of symbols. Hi-Click thermoformed bubble buttons.
  • Polyester graphic membrane switch with plexiglass support. Silkscreen printed graphics. Hi-Click thermoformed buttons.
  • Backlit membrane switch with Hi-Click® push buttons and FCC ZIF direct insertion connector. The push buttons symbols are transparent, and the internal structure of the contact is designed so that backlighting is possible from the back of the membrane switch.
  • Digitally printed Polyester membrane switch with SMD LEDs flexible circuit. Thermoformed push buttons.
  • Membrane switch on galvanized metal support with Hi-Click push buttons. With EMI shielding layer. The project includes the manufacture of the galvanized metal support and a plastic detail to support the badge reader and the display.
  • Membrane switch on on milled aluminium holder. (dimensions 360x490mm) With internal EMI shielding layer.
  • Membrane switch with milled PVC keypad. Graphic overlay printed on anti-glare polyester with specific UV filter for outdoor use. The dispaly window is made of plastic material, with a specific UV filter to protect the display from direct sunlight. On the back there is a galvanized sheet enclosure made of light metal carpentry.
  • Membrane switch on polyester with Hi-Click bubble push buttons. FCC Ziff direct entry connector. Flexible circuit with SMD LED.
  • Capacitive touch membrane switch on aluminium support. Highly compact and with an overall thickness of only 3mm. The closing force of the push buttons contact can be modulated on request.  
  • 74-push buttons Alphanumeric membrane switch with PS2 interface. Polyester front surface with thermoformed Hi-Click bubble push buttons.
  • Digitally printed graphic overlay membrane switch in polyester applied on electronic circuit board. The graphic overlay is assembled on a milled PVC holder. In the back of the keypad there are fixing pins and an EPDM o-ring gasket.
  • Membrane switch with dimensions 330x540mm with milled PVC support. Made of embossed polyester, with thermoformed push buttons. The display for the display window area is made of anti-glare plastic material.
