Silkscreen printing department
Silkscreen printing department is made up of semi-automatic printing machines of various formats, drying ovens for UV inks, ventilated tunnel oven for drying solvent inks, IR oven for drying the conductive pastes, static oven, Bromo graph for the engraving of silkscreen printing frames in a separate darkroom and spectrophotometer for colorimetry, control and formulation of color.
Digital printing department
Digital printing department id made up of UV LED digital printer size 700x500mm, UV digital printer format 600x500mm and UV digital printer format 1220x1220mm for graphic printing of membrane switches and technical labels and for direct printing on electronic enclosures, panels and plaques in plastic or metal material.
3D Printing Department
3D printing department is made up of Multi Jet Fusion technology with working area 332 x 190 x 248 mm with Nylon PA12 material and 3D printer with FDA technology.
CNC machining
CNC machining with 2 milling centers 3 axes with 20 positions tool magazine for heavy machining on aluminium, plastic and steel.
CNC machining on large format
CNC machining on large format with milling center size 3000x1500 mm, milling center size 1000x1500 mm and milling center size 705x505 mm. For the processing of panels and sheets in plastic, aluminium, brass.
